We are just 100 metres from the exhibition grounds and from Corso Italia, Genoa's splendid waterfront promenade with its bathing beaches, which will bring you to the fascinating old sailors' quarter of the city, the Boccadasse.
The Aquarium, the Porto Antico (Historic Port), Genoa's new conference centre, and the central train station Genova Brignole can be reached in less then 10 minutes by foot. Also within short walking distance is the historic city centre, overlooked by the Piazza De Ferrari with the splendid Palazzo Ducale and next to it the Teatro Carlo Felice. From here you can walk down the pedestrian shopping street Via di Strada Nuova, where many historic residences and museums are located.
